Terms & conditions

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the websites and digital products of Crecerget Inc. (United States of America): crecerget.com, crecerget.net (our link-in-bio page), maquinadc.crecerget.net and our Gumroad store (crecerget.gumroad.com). By accessing any of them or purchasing our products, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our sites or products.

How we process your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

1. Use of the site

  • You may browse our sites and use the contact form for legitimate inquiries related to our services.
  • You agree to provide truthful information in the form and not to use the sites for unlawful purposes, sending spam, attempting unauthorized access, or any activity that harms their operation.
  • We aim to keep the sites continuously available, but we do not guarantee that they will be free of interruptions or errors at all times.

2. Agency services

  • The information about Crecerget’s services on our sites (digital marketing, web design, branding, social media, video production and printing) is descriptive. Nothing published constitutes a binding offer.
  • Any engagement of services is formalized through a specific proposal or agreement, which defines scope, price and timelines. The free initial consultation creates no obligation for either party.
  • Any response or delivery times mentioned are estimates, unless expressly committed to in the signed agreement.

3. Digital products and purchases through Gumroad

  • Our digital products (such as the Máquina de Clientes guide) are sold through the Gumroad platform. During checkout, Gumroad’s terms and privacy policy also apply: Gumroad processes the payment and delivers the digital product.
  • Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice. Discount codes, where available, apply under the conditions stated in the offer itself. Applicable taxes are handled in accordance with the sales platform’s rules and current regulations.
  • License of use: your purchase entitles you to use the product personally and within your own business. You may not resell it, redistribute it, share it publicly, or reproduce its content for commercial purposes without written authorization from Crecerget Inc.
  • Our digital products are educational material providing general guidance. They are not personalized advice, individual consulting, or a service managed by Crecerget.

4. Refunds and cancellations

  • If you have a technical problem with the delivery of or access to a digital product, write to us at info@crecerget.com and we will resolve it.
  • Refund requests for digital products are evaluated case by case, taking into account the circumstances of the purchase and applicable consumer protection law. Where a refund is due, it will be processed through Gumroad to the original payment method.
  • Refunds and cancellations of agency services, where engaged, are governed by the specific agreement signed with the client.

5. No guarantee of results

Marketing depends on many factors outside our control (the market, competition, budget, the consistency of the business itself). Therefore:

  • We do not guarantee specific results: no particular number of customers, calls, messages, sales or revenue.
  • Figures, percentages, examples and cases shown on our sites, ads and products are illustrative or come from the sources cited in each case; they describe general patterns and are not a promise of what your business will obtain.
  • The testimonials published reflect the real experiences of specific clients and do not guarantee equivalent results.

6. Intellectual property

  • The content of our sites and products (texts, designs, logos, materials and the full content of our guides) is the property of Crecerget Inc. or is used under license, and is protected by intellectual property law. It may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written authorization.
  • Facebook, Instagram, Meta, Google, WhatsApp and Gumroad are trademarks of their respective owners. Crecerget Inc. is an independent company: it is not part of Meta Platforms, Inc. or Google LLC, and is not endorsed, sponsored or administered by them. The trademarks are mentioned only to identify the platforms our services and products are about.

Our sites link to third-party platforms (social networks, Gumroad, WhatsApp, among others). When you follow those links you leave our site and become subject to each platform’s terms and policies, whose content we do not control or adopt as our own.

8. Advertising

We run advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads to promote our services and products. The targeting, availability and results of ads also depend on those platforms. The use of cookies and the Meta pixel on our sites is explained in the Privacy Policy, section 4.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Our sites and products are offered “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use, from service interruptions, or from the operation of third-party platforms.
  • Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer protection law recognizes as non-waivable, nor any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida and of the United States of America. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Florida, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by the law of your place of residence.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions when our services, products or the law change. The current version will always be published on this page with its last-updated date. Continued use of the sites after a change implies acceptance of the current version.
